At Social Living Solutions we have a policy of employing neurodivergent individuals who share our vision and values. They are not only trained professionals but also empathetic allies, who understand firsthand the experiences and needs of the individuals they support.

All our support workers are neurodivergent and are coached and trained with the Social Living Solutions vision.

Nikita has been working with 2 of my neurodiverse children for over a year now. My daughter normally dislikes strangers but Nikita quickly put her at ease.
Nikita is always punctual, reliable and on the rare occasion she is not available she gives me plenty of warning so I can make other arrangements.
Her services include driving which she does very carefully.
